Water Filtration Plant

Our award winning water filtration plant is currently processing about 400,000 gallons of water per day.  This new plant filters our water through a micro filtration membrane treatment process, eliminating water quality problems associated with disinfection and decreasing the organic content of the water, allowing for more consistent chlorine residuals.

The Water Filtration Plant received the award for most improved Water System and the Silver award for Exceeding Client Expectations.

Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Town’s wastewater treatment plant processes an average of 275,000 gallons of sewage per day.  The plant is a Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR), which removes both ammonia and nitrates, in addition to the biosolids which are processed into the old sewer lagoon.
